Registration

Welcome to the 2012 season at Wodonga Diamonds!

This year is shaping up to be another great year at Diamonds. We are pleased to welcome back existing players from last year and any new players who may be transferring from another club and/or commencing football for the first time. For those playing for the first time, a photocopy of proof of age is required (eg. birth certificate or extract).

Registration Day for 2012 is on Sunday 5th February from 10am to 2pm at Diamonds on La Trobe, with a sausage sizzle.

The 2012 season commences on Sunday 18th March. Information on pre-season training days and times will be available on registration day and there will be coaches and committee members available on the day to answer any questions you may have.

This year all players will need to register online through the My Football Club website (instructions are provided below). You will find the website to be extremely user friendly and straight forward to use. You will however be required to register an email address with the site, so if you do not have access to the internet, a printer or email, come along on 5th February to Diamonds on La Trobe and we will assist you with registration.
 

Instructions for online registration

It is highly recommended that you use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to complete your online registration. We have received feedback that the site does not integrate well with other browsers such as Safari or Google Chrome.

  1. Go to the My Football Club website: www.myfootballclub.com.au
  2. Click on “Register Now”
  3. Click on the “Player Registration” box and follow the prompts.
  4. Choose Option 1 if you know your FFA number from last year, Option 2 if you were registered last year but cannot remember your FFA number, or Option 3 if you are registering for the first time.
  5. You will also need your password to get into the Player Registration part of the FFA website. If your email address is the same as the one you used last year you will be able to get your password sent to you. If your email address has changed you will need to contact the FFA call centre on 02 8020 4199 12pm – 9pm Mon-Fri, 10am – 3pm Sat or 10am – 2pm Sun.
  6. When you get to Payment Options please choose “Invoice Me” as online payments are not activated for our club. You will receive an invoice via email.
  7. Print out your invoice and bring it along with your payment to Wodonga Diamonds Football Club, University Drive, Wodonga on Sunday 5th February 2012 anytime between 10am and 2pm.

Registration fees

The registration fees for Wodonga Diamonds for the 2012 season are as follows:

  • Small Sided Football: 6 – 8 yrs: $65 per player; 9 – 10 yrs: $75 per player
  • Juniors (11 – 18yrs): $140 per player
  • Seniors (19yrs +): $280 per player
  • Senior Men (19yrs +): $280 per player
  • Senior Student (19yrs +, full-time): $220 per player (evidence must be provided to show that you are a full-time student eg. student card or letter from the institution at which you are studying).
  • *Senior Women (19yrs +): $250 per player
  • *Over 35’s: $250 per player

*Please note that the online fee for Senior Women and Over 35’s men comes up as $280. This will be adjusted at the time of payment to reflect the correct fee above.

It is important that you register for your correct age, regardless of what age group you play, so that the correct fee is applied. For example, a 10 year old girl that plays for U12G should register for SSF 9-10yrs. A 16 year old boy that plays for Reserves Men should register for Juniors (9-18yrs).

 
Payment options

Online payment at the time of registration is not activated for Wodonga Diamonds. You can pay by the following:

  • Cash: on registration day
  • EFTPOS: on registration day (please note that transaction fees will be incurred for EFTPOS payments)
  • Direct deposit: any time. Bank details: BSB  803 070, Acc No. 34360 (please include surname and initial as statement reference)

It is important to note that until payment has been made, you will not be registered to play with Wodonga Diamonds.
