Small Sided Games (formerly U9)
Small Sided Games commenced with a Gala Day in Albury on the 30 April and Wodonga Diamonds have been hosting the Small Sided Games every Saturday morning since early May. The season will continue until mid August where it will end with a Gala Day.
There are no ladders kept as the main aim is for children to participate, have fun and learn the base skills associated with football (soccer).
There are 2 divisions
1. Under 6/7 - 4 players per team (players must be five or turning five in 2011 to meet the minimum age rquirement)
2. Under 8/9 - 7 players per team
Teams have been allocated into two time slots – Under 6/7 play at 9.30am and the Under 8/9 play at 10.30am. These times remain the same each week.

Similarly if there are any parents interested in assisting in the organising/running of the SSG and/or being a team leader/coach with the children please let one of the above listed people know.
Registrations remain open until the 30 June for small sided teams.
